AIR SYSTEMS
CLEAR managed services can complete pre & post commissioning cleaning to air supply systems & carry out surveys on properties to review air quality function. The main elements covered on this survey are:
- Air Handling Unit (AHU) efficiency
- Filtration effectiveness in the AHU
- Air and surface contamination
- Internal air duct surface deposit levels
- Checking indoor air quality(IAQ)
- Full cleaning of air ventilation systems
GREASE SYSTEMS
The system will be surveyed with schematics provided and the following criteria adhered to:-
- Monitor grease extract systems through deposit thickness test (D.T.T) for grease contamination and frequency of cleaning
- Carry out risk assessment in conjunction with new fire regulations (October 2006)& clients requirements
- Install access panels for inspection & cleaning.
- Clean grease ventilation systems as per the TR19 guidelines issued by the Heating & Ventilation Contractors Association (HVCA)
